Free driver waiting time: 30 mins from scheduled pick-up time
We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe, illegal,
or inappropriate behavior.
Cancel 7+ days before trip → Full refund.
Cancel 3–7 days before trip → 50% refund.
Cancel <72 hours or no-show → No refund.
If Explore Thai Trip cancels due to unforeseen reasons,
a full refund or alternative arrangement will be provided.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within
7–14 business days (transaction fees non-refundable).
Changes to booking are subject to availability and must be
requested at least 48 hours before the trip.
